Dewa Athena
Dewa Athena is an event that hold by OSIS for 32018 and 32019, this is a sport event that each class compete in several sports. Dewa Athena was held for 3 days. For 32019 the competition start in Saturday, March 25th 2017, the Semi final in Saturday, April 1st 2017, and the Grand final in Saturday, April 8th 2017.
Each class compete in sport division Gerobak sodor, Basketball, Badminton, Football, Tarik Tambang, Volley, Relay race and Dodge ball.
So the first sport we played is Gerobak Sodor so this game is play by 10 people that consist 5 girls and 5 boys. The way we played this game is there are 2 group, 1 group that attack and 1 group that guard. The Field divide into 5 horizontal line and 1 vertical line in the middle of horizontal line that make 8 parts, so each horizontal line guard by 2 people. The attack group have to pass the guard group without get touched, but it's oke to be touched in the shoulder and chest. And if you get touched after you pass the guard group it not count. If all the member of the attack group already in so 1 people of the guard group can guard in the vertical line. The winner of this game is with the most people that pass all the guard group. In this game we compete with X IPA 9, and we won the game. After we won the game we compete with X Science 6 and we won again, in the final we compete with X Science 4 but we lost.
The second sport is Basketball but this sport only for the boys. The way we play this game is there are 2 group and 1 group consists of 5 people, each group have to through the hoop. If you throw the ball inside the circle you will get 2 point and if you throw the ball outside the circle you will get 3 point. If you want to move the ball you have to dribble or pass. When you start dribbling, you must dribble constantly as you move. If you stop dribbling, you can't restart dribbling, which is a foul callers a "double dribble." If you're driving in to shoot, you can pick up the ball and take two stamps without dribbling before you shoot or pass. More than two steps will result in a traveling violation. The winner of this game is the group that have the most point. In this game we compete with X Science 4 but we lost.
The third sport is Badminton, the way we play this is game is double. So there are 2 players that 1 players consists of 2 people. A match consists of single game of 21 points. Every time there is a serve, there is a point scored. The side winning a rally adds a point to its score. At the beginning of the game and when the score is even, the server serves from the right service court. When it is odd, the server serves from the left court. The winner of this game is the first player that win 2 set. In this game double girl team compete with X Science 9 and double boy team compete with X Acceleration but our 2 team lost in this game.
The fourth sport football, the way we play this game is there are 2 group, 1 group consists of 5 people. Each group have 1 goalkepper and 4 outfield player. To score the ball must go into your opponent's goal. The whole ball needs to be over the line for it to be a legitimate goal. A goal can be scored with any part of the body apart from the hand or arm the hand or arm up to the shoulder. The game played to 2 rounde. To win you have to score more goals than that of you opponents. In this game girl team compete with X Science 2 and boy team compete with X Science 4 the girl team won but the boy team lose. After that the girl team compete with X Science 10 and we won, but when we compete with X Science 1 we lost.
The fifth sport is tarik tambang, the way we play this game is there 2 group each group consists 5 girls and 5 boys. There are one rope and in the middle of the rope there's a ribbon that tied. Each group stands in different point. The rope had to be in the center. When there's whistle each group pull the rope in different way. The winners of this game is the first team that can pull the rope and make the ribbon enter go into there zone that already had line drawn. In this game we compete X Science 7 we won, in the semifinals we compete with X Social and in the final X Science 4 we won. So we compete with XI Science 2 but we lost.
The sixth sport is volley, the way we play this game is played by 2 teams of six players on a court divided by a net. The object of the game is to send the ball over the net so that the opposing team can't return the ball or prevent it from hutting the ground in their court. Each team has 3 hits to attempt to return the ball. When the receiving team wins a volley, it gains the right to serve, and the players rotate one position clockwise. When the serving team wins a volley, it wins a point and the right to continue serving. The ball must clear the net on a serve. A game is played to 15 points. The winners of this game is the team that wins the best two out of three games. In this game we compete with X Science 6 we won, on the semi finals we compete with X Science 1 and X Science 3 we won and in the finals we compete with X Science 7 we won. So in the grand finals we compete with XI Science 4 but unfortunately we lost.
The seventh sport is relay race, the way we played this game is there are 2 team, each team consists of 2 girls and 2 boys. During the race, each runner runs aproximately 100 meter with a baton in hand and stays in the line. Because tracks curve, it looks like the runners in the outside lanes have a significant lead on those running in inside lanes, but each runner runs the same distance throughout the race. The leadoff runners in this race start off in starting blocks. They hold the baton in one hand and take off when they hear the whistle. If a runner make a early start the race must start again. If a runner makes a second false start, his team is disqualified from the race. After each runner runs, he hands off the batom to his teammate. The winners of this game is the team that completes four separate baton passes legally and successfully, and the last runner cross the finish line. In this game we compete with X Science 6 and X Science 2 and we won, in the final we compete with X Science 7 but we lost.
The last sport is dodge ball, the way we played this game is there are 2 group each group consist of 10 players. The main objective in dodgeball is to eliminate all members of the opposing team by throwing the ball at them. The ball will be in the center of the line, when the whistle blow the team have to take the ball. If the team get the ball they can start eliminate players of the opposing team. If a player is hit and the ball is not caught by the opposing team the player is eliminated, if the player from opposing team get the ball they can start eliminate the players. The player that get eliminated can help the team from outside opposing team field. The winner of this game is the team who manages to eliminate all of their opponents. In this game we compete with X Science 2 but we lost.
